The 2026 "Huguang Carnival" officially announced today that a series of film screenings, ceremonies, salons, markets, performances and other activities will be held in Changshu, Jiangsu Province from August 14 to 18. This is not just a party in the name of a movie, but also a summer date that started. With the theme of "Gathering Light, Dream of Light and Shadow", the Huguang Carnival has set up five themed activity units of "Watching","Ceremony","Understanding","Life" and "Participation", inviting everyone who loves movies and life to live in Changshu. In the lakes and mountains, we will jointly complete a collective experience about watching, feeling and connecting.
The main visual poster and themed activity unit poster released simultaneously are inspired by the popular hiking route "Eagle Line" in Changshu and the meaning of "carving now flies to the future". The gorgeous lake surface and the colorful routes complement each other and will open up for the audience. A road that intertwines light and shadow and reality, unlocking the unique charm of the integration and coexistence of image art and urban life.
