Wanda Cinema joins hands with CITIC to expand market layout

Wanda Cinema announced on the evening of September 21 that the company signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with CITIC Commercial Management Co., Ltd.(referred to as "CITIC Company") on September 21. The two parties will carry out strategic cooperation, and the company can give priority to leasing CITIC Cinema formats in commercial projects owned and in the future. The agreement is valid for five years.

According to the agreement, CITIC Company can give priority to cooperating with Wanda Cinema in the commercial real estate field on the large land it already owns and in the future; among them, CITIC Company provides experience in design planning, engineering management, budget and final accounts management, property management and brand promotion, while Wanda Cinema provides experience in business planning, commercial operations, commercial resources and supply chain.

According to reports, CITIC Real Estate has established a strategic layout of "based on the Bohai Rim, the Pan-Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, Chengdu-Chongqing, and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, focusing on deep development in economically developed first-and second-tier cities", and most of them have high-quality projects. Wanda Cinema Line said that reaching long-term strategic cooperation with CITIC will play a positive role in the company's expansion of new projects in first-and second-tier cities, helping the company obtain high-quality cinema projects, increase market share, and maintain the company's long-term and stable development.
