Huahua joins hands with Shanghai Film Corporation to sign a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Paramount

On the 20th, according to Reuters news, Paramount Pictures of the United States, China Shanghai Film Group (referred to as Shanghai Film Group) and Huahua Media announced on Thursday that they had reached an agreement. Shanghai Film Group and Huahua Media will inject 1 billion U.S. dollars into Paramount.

Recently, Paramount Pictures Chairman and CEO BradGrey, Huahua Media General Manager Wang Kefei and Shanghai Film Group Chairman Ren Zhonglun jointly announced that the three companies have reached a three-year strategic cooperation agreement. The three company leaders met in Shanghai in November last year and finalized the cooperation. As part of a long-term strategic agreement, the three companies will work closely together and actively pursue co-production opportunities.

In the next three years, Huahua Media and Shanghai Film Group will provide joint investment and co-production for Paramount's entire film list. In addition, Huahua Media and Shanghai Film Group will open offices in Paramount later this year.
