Oriental Pearl Night is an important theme day event during the Shanghai International Television Festival, and this year is the second. Last year, when I first came to the listed company, I said that I would arrange a special day to meet old friends, talk about new topics, bid farewell to driving cars, and everyone looked up and looked up at the road together. I attach great importance to the forum, which can be summarized in three words: very happy talking, facing each other, and complementing each other.

The Shanghai International Television Festival has a history of many years and also has international influence. On such a good platform, I feel that a large-scale new media forum is needed. This forum should focus on the forefront of the audio-visual industry, have a broad vision of triple play, and cover upstream and downstream industries such as channels, technologies, content, and terminals. One-on-one exchanges can lead to deep discussions. The forum has multi-to-many exchanges and can see far. In ordinary times, we achieve each other through competition and cooperation. Here we take the pulse of the future through retreat and outlook. We gather once a year to "have a great conversation" around new audio-visual media, making the forum a microphone for industrial wisdom and a gramophone for industrial ideas, and building the most open ideological platform for new audio-visual media.

Last year, I proposed the "Entertainment +" strategy of Oriental Pearl New Media Co., Ltd. Last month, BesTV, a subsidiary of Oriental Pearl, held the implementation plan of the "Entertainment +" strategy-the Future Partner Conference. At this meeting, Ms. Wang Jianjun, Chairman of Oriental Pearl, summarized the cooperation mechanism in eight words, that is,"moving towards each other and connecting across borders."

In recent years, as the national three-network integration path has become increasingly clear and driven by the development trend of new technologies, the entire audio-visual industry has entered a period of explosion. Cooperation has become a trend and openness has become a consensus. Communicating on the same stage is more conducive to improving the thinking structure, cross-exposition, and bridging our blind spots in understanding. Walking in opposite directions, you can not only cut half the way, but also find the right joint.

Complementing each other: As we explored an innovative sharing model

and implemented the "Entertainment +" strategy, I found that even if it was superimposed inside the Oriental Pearl, a chemical reaction occurred. We have established a unified user center to promote the refined operations of various business segments. Our film and television, travel, shopping, games, performances, and videos used to do our own things, but now we collaborate and contribute to each other in terms of content channels, services and users.

If we open the door of the Oriental Pearl Tower and embrace this era of innovation, we will find that the outside world is full of cooperation connections. We implement "entertainment +", while others are implementing "tourism +","medical +","travel +","education +". These plus signs complement each other and can superimpose countless new business formats and models to generate new value.
