It is understood that this transaction is based on Yaoke Media's acquisition of a total of 5% equity of Beijing Yuekai Film and Television Media Co., Ltd. held by Xinyi Yuekai Enterprise Management Center and Xinyi and Shengyuan Enterprise Management Center for 40 million yuan, including the acquisition of Xinyi Yuekai Enterprise Management Center. 3.27% equity of Xinyi and Shengyuan Enterprise Management Center and the acquisition of 1.74% equity of Xinyi and Shengyuan Enterprise Management Center.
