Hexin Co., Ltd.(002343) announced on the evening of September 17 that Ciwen Media, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with iQiyi, and the two parties plan to cooperate in TV dramas, online dramas, movies and other fields.

According to the agreement, the two parties plan to use their respective resource advantages to gradually promote the layout of large entertainment industries such as film and television, animation, and games with IP as the core, and create a full film and television cultural ecological chain through their respective resources, platforms and channels. During the cooperation period, the two parties have proposed a total product market scale target of not less than 2 billion yuan for TV dramas, online dramas, movies, games or other derivative products and other projects to cooperate every year.

The company stated that under the rapid development of the Internet (mobile Internet) and the increasing influence of new media, both Ciwen Media and iQiyi intend to give full play to their professional advantages and based on the age structure and interests of Internet users, In-depth expand and refine all-round entertainment content such as TV dramas, online dramas, and movies, and innovate Internet-based entertainment services.
