The General Administration is a central-level budget unit with 22 functional bureaus and bureaus. A total of 36 secondary budget units were included in the 2015 budget (attached, see the end of the text).

The total revenue and expenditure budget of the State Administration in 2015 is 1,265,5954,600. In accordance with the principle of comprehensive budget, all revenue and expenditures of the State Administration are included in departmental budget management. Income includes: general public budget allocation income, government fund budget allocation income, business income, operating income of public institutions, other income, use of business funds to make up for the balance of income and expenditure, and carried forward from the previous year.

Expenditures include: diplomatic expenditures, education expenditures, culture, sports and media expenditures, social protection and employment expenditures, housing security expenditures, etc.

The State Administration's 2015 revenue budget is 1,265,5954,6 million, of which: 706.0289 million was carried forward from the previous year, accounting for 5.58%; general public budget allocation income is 7,553.2715 million, accounting for 59.68%; government fund budget allocation income is 243.2411 million, accounting for 1.92%; business income is 3,411.974 million, accounting for 26.96%; The operating income of public institutions was 337.35 million yuan, accounting for 2.67%; other income was 353.2244 million yuan, accounting for 2.79%; and the difference between income and expenditure was made up of 50.8647 million yuan, accounting for 0.40%.

The State Administration's 2015 general public budget for the year was 7.55327 million yuan, a decrease of 1.30523 million or 14.73% from the implementation figure in 2014. Among them, expenditures on culture, sports and media (category) were 6.9461382 million, a decrease of 1.29444886 million or 15.71% from the implementation figure in 2014. Among them, expenditures on films (items) were 463.3507 million. Compared with the number of executions in 2014, an increase of 5.63 million, an increase of 1.23%. Main reasons: Increased expenditure on capital construction projects such as the renovation and upgrading of film digital platforms and application management systems.

In 2015, the State Administration's fiscal allocation expenditure budget for this year's government funds was 243.2411 million yuan, which was the special fund expenditure for the development of the national film industry, of which: basic expenditure was 4.1911 million yuan, accounting for 1.72%; project expenditure was 239.05 million yuan, accounting for 98.28%.
