CAS: Sun Yang never regretted his actions and blamed others for his mistakes

北京时间3月4日，国际体育仲裁法庭（CAS）官网公布了孙杨案仲裁报告。This report explains many of the controversial points in the Sun Yang case. At the end, the arbitration team believed that Sun Yang had never expressed regret for his behavior.

Article 356 of the arbitration report wrote: "Surprisingly, during the testimony process, the athlete (referring to Sun Yang) never expressed any regret for his behavior."

"Instead, as the lawsuit progressed, he persisted and ultimately attempted to blame others for the obvious failure."

At 17:00 on February 28, Beijing time, CAS announced the ruling of the "World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) v. Sun Yang and FINA Hearing", and Sun Yang was banned for eight years. Sun Yang's team immediately stated that they would appeal to the Swiss Federal Court.
