On the one hand, theater construction requires relatively large space, and investors generally intervene at the beginning of the planning of a certain real estate project. On the other hand, real estate represents popularity. Niu Ning introduced that before the opening of Jinyi International Film City in Chaoyang Joy City, they conducted a survey on the surrounding new buildings. The average price was 25000 yuan/square meter, and the supply of houses exceeded demand, indicating that people here have the ability to spend.

At the same time, investors will definitely choose places with convenient transportation to open theaters, especially places close to the subway.

In recent years, real estate construction in all directions in Beijing has been rapid, but the fastest in the east, which has a lot to do with the announcement of the CBD expansion plan.
