Lin Zhaohua's version of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" Chinese folk version of the romantic comedy

strong > this year marks the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death. Lin Zhaohua Drama creation Center will produce Shakespeare's classic comedy "Midsummer Night's Dream" starring Lin Zhaohua director Pan Binlong. This play, which has a history of 420 years, is one of Shakespeare's four major comedies. The part of the play follows the ancient Greek love tragedy story of Oweid's Metamorphosis, and is praised by many scholars as the most ingenious play. This is also the first time Lin Zhaohua has challenged Shakespeare's comedy since rehearsing "Grand General Kou Liu Lan" in 2007. The addition of Pan Binlong brings more Chinese folk elements to this Shakespeare version of the comedy, integrates the performance style of the sketch, and remolds a more approachable character for each actor in the play. it makes the whole play closer to the life of the Chinese audience and bridges the gap between Shakespeare's plays and the Chinese audience.
