Liu Qiangdong's departure track

Hangzhou Jinlong Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in September 2015 with a registered capital of RMB 245 million. Its business scope is warehousing (except dangerous chemicals and precursor chemicals) and property services, which is wholly owned by JD Oriental Development Limited.
