1. The plan target

2016-2020 is to support the creation of 100 TV cartoons focusing on the theme of the China Dream, tell the story of China well, promote the spirit of China, gather China's strength, promote the broadcast and promotion of relevant works, actively expand the communication effect and social impact, and create a green and healthy space for the healthy growth of minors.

2. Implementation Arrangements The

"One Hundred China Dream Cartoon Support Plan" will be implemented in five years, supporting 20-30 works every year.

1. The State Administration organizes expert discussions every year to determine 20-30 topics, include them in the support plan, sign a project responsibility letter with the producer, and guide the advancement.

2. The State Administration of China allocates 3 million yuan in special funds every year to support the filming and production of the topics selected for the "Hundred China Dream Cartoon Support Plan." Support funds will be distributed in the middle and later phases based on the progress and quality of creation.

3. Starting from 2016, before January 30 of each year, each unit (the unit issuing documents in accordance with this notice) will sign and seal the "Application Form for Selection of 100 China Dream Cartoon Support Plans"(one form for each topic selection), and send it to the Propaganda Department of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television via postal EMS.

4. The State Administration of China will give priority to the good works in the "Hundred China Dream Cartoon Support Plan" in the quarterly promotion and annual evaluation of excellent domestic TV cartoons, and will specially organize publicity, promotion, and exhibitions.

5. The State Administration of China will discover outstanding animation creation talents from the "Hundred China Dream Cartoon Support Plan" and serve as priority targets for the State Administration of China's animation policies, funds, and project support to cultivate and enrich the domestic animation talent team.

3. Organization Work The press,
