The fund will be the first fund in China jointly initiated by professional investment institutions and new generation artists to invest in the new generation of cultural consumption content industry. Qinghan Fund will mainly invest in various early content production teams, media and platforms that can meet the lifestyle and consumption upgrade needs of the younger generation, aiming to support more young cultural content entrepreneurs.
Qingliu Capital was established at the end of 2012. It is an early-stage venture capital company. Since its establishment, it has invested in more than 40 projects, including: 51 Credit Card, Blued, BACA, Lalalai, Li Qiushou, Youdiao, Go Ski, Mi Fan and other industry-leading start-ups.
The current managing director of Qingliu Capital is Wang Mengqiu. Before joining Qingliu Capital, he was the vice president of technology at Baidu.

According to Qingliu Capital, Qinghan Fund has completed its first round of fundraising earlier. In addition to New Hope Group, investors also include Zero 2 IPO Group's parent fund, Huashi Pictures, a well-known domestic comprehensive film and television entertainment group.
