Joanna's language talent also reminds people of this forever queen! Joanna said that language is a way for her to express different roles in the song. For example, Teng Lijun's Japanese songs will remind her of euphemistic and sad women, while Cantonese has more natural and unrestrained and vicissitudes. Joanna, who is proficient in English, believes that English plays the most for her. As for the pronunciation of Chinese old songs, it is more square and rigorous than Japanese. The album "call of love" featured cover songs such as Teresa Teng, skylark, Weng Qianyu... And other singers' representative Chinese, Cantonese and Japanese classic love songs spanning the 1960s and 1980s. They chose songs that still sound distinctive and strongly representative in 2019. Wang Ruolin performed the dramatic love hate emotions of female characters in these songs with her unique charming voice and musical creativity. Joanna said, "the songwriter of that year gave the heroine in the song a very strong and distinctive personality and emotion. Maybe she can't live without love, even when she is a third party, she can't leave this relationship, or she can't stop her fantasy and desire for love. Many lyrics are still very avant-garde in 2019. I'm very fascinated by these songs!"

The concept of the album title "love is calling me" comes from Weng Qianyu's Japanese song "charm" (Japanese version of "love infatuation"). The lyrics of this song describe a woman who can't suppress her inner fantasy and passion for love, and she feels the call of love all the time. Joanna felt that the name "love is calling me" was very romantic, and it was also in line with the song theme of longing for love and calling for love in the album, so she decided to name the new album "call of love"

The new album was produced by halfling studios in sinbin, Portland, USA. sinbin is an art village founded by the late sandy bodycker, vice president of global design of Nike. During the production of the album, Joanna also lived in sinbin's art village for five weeks, which is a very special experience. Joanna said that "call of love" is one of the most amazing and surprising albums she has participated in in in terms of production technology. For her, every song is a world composed of storyline, emotion and imagination, and she is very satisfied with the "world" made this time

The album cover was painted by American illustrator Brandon Graham. Joanna, wearing a space suit, stood among a group of alien animals / creatures and looked ahead, as if she felt the call of love. The inner pages of the physical CD and the black glue are a collection of the design drawings of alien creatures, organic spacecraft, monsters, robots, and spectroscopic drawings drawn by the illustrator for the MV, presenting the miniature of the sci-fi cosmic process of the call of love in pursuit of love like a set, and also adding a unique sense of time and space and a sense of future to this new album
