After voting, the meeting added Cai Fuchao as a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and appointed Cai Fuchao as deputy director of the Education, Culture, Health and Sports Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
