Caixukun studio responded that the deposit under his name was frozen: normal judicial process

Recently, the Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court published a civil ruling on the application of Aidou century company to freeze the deposit of more than 64 million yuan of CAI Xukun and his studio for one year. The court held that the application was in line with the law and ruled to freeze. Cai Xukun's Studio then issued an explanation and responded that the case involved in the ruling was a copyright dispute between the two albums of "fan" and "young". The ruling was a normal judicial process of pre litigation preservation. The case had not been heard in court and was not a judgment document of the case.

The explanation also points out that the album "fan" is after the end of the contract period between the two parties, and the copyright of the album "young" has nothing to do with Adu century company. Because there is an agreement between the relevant parties, ADU century company has no right to claim it. Caixukun studio said that the copyright case was under trial, and it was believed that the court would make a fair judgment according to law.
