The reporter noticed that Yongsheng Animation has recently entered the stage of listing guidance.

According to public information, Yongsheng Animation was officially listed on the New Third Board on March 4, 2016. One year later, Yongsheng Animation submitted the registration materials for initial public offering guidance to the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau, and received a confirmation letter issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. Currently, Yongsheng Animation is receiving guidance from Guangfa Securities.

From a performance perspective, Yongsheng Animation meets the three-year profit requirements for the transfer. Financial report data shows that its net profits for 2014, 2015 and 2016 were 6.2808 million yuan, 22.0173 million yuan and 34.9097 million yuan respectively.

It is worth noting that in the one year since it was listed on the New Third Board, Yongsheng Animation has completed two fixed increases, with a total financing amount of 85 million yuan.
