Today, the China Taiwan anti-Japanese epic film "Sedeq Balai" directed by Wei Desheng released a final preview and poster for the upper and lower parts. Officials announced that it will be released in the mainland of China-"Sedeq Balai (Part 1)" will be released in the mainland of China theaters on December 12, and "Sedeq Balai (Part 2)" will be released on December 13. Since its release in 2011, the film has not only won repeated recognition in the global film industry, nominated for the Golden Lion Award at the Venice International Film Festival and participated in the Oscar competition for Best Foreign Language Film. It has also maintained a high score of 8.9 in Douban. This will be the first time that the film has been posted on the big screen in the mainland of China. You should not miss it!

At the beginning of the official preview, it revealed that Japan invaded China Taiwan, and that the people of China Taiwan resisted to the death. Facing the Japanese army, they were not afraid of life and death, just to protect their ancestral hunting grounds and national dignity. One sentence,"You can lose your body, but you must win your soul!" The oath ignites an unyielding anti-Japanese struggle! The scheduled posters released simultaneously, with extremely tense left and right compositions, foreshadowing the epic context of the two parts. On the left, the Japanese army invaded the village, and the eyes of the young protagonist Monarudao burned with flames of anger and unwillingness; on the right, the rain curtain shrouded the depressed village. In his twilight years, his eyes were like eagles, and the rainbow behind him was their anti-Japanese and anti-aggression symbol of unyielding resistance. The pictures on both sides form a strong contrast, condensing the spiritual journey of China Taiwan people from humiliation and forbearance to rising up resistance in a moment. A grand epic battle for faith and dignity is about to open grandly on the screen!

Nowadays, looking back at the history of Japan's aggression against China Taiwan is even more realistic. Based on this history, the upper and lower parts of the movie "Sedeq Balai" bring the "Wushe Incident" that occurred in China Taiwan in 1930 to the screen, demonstrating the firm determination of the people of China Taiwan to resist Japanese aggression. "Sedeq Balai (Part 1)" is set against the backdrop of Japan's invasion of China Taiwan. Monarudao, a brave and skillful young man from China Taiwan, led his compatriots to bravely resist the Japanese invasion. Faced with the plunder of resources by the Japanese army, they fought desperately with the terrain of the mountains and forests, making the invaders pay a heavy price. However, the Japanese army took the opportunity to provoke people and force Monarudao to endure humiliation and surrender. Under Japan's more than 30 years of aggressive rule, Monarudao and his compatriots were oppressed, but the fire of defense of dignity in his heart was never extinguished. The upper part of the film ends with the outbreak of the Wushe Public School Uprising as its climax, kicking off a vigorous anti-Japanese Uprising... In "Sedeq Balai (Part 2)", the upper plot continues and truly reproduces the entire process of this thrilling anti-Japanese struggle. Faced with the next crazy counterattack of the Japanese army, Monarudao led 300 warriors to the battlefield in his twilight years to fight to the death. They used their lives to write a heroic sad song to defend their soul and dignity. Amid the flames of the mountains, Monarudao ushered in the final decisive battle...

Nearly 10,000 staff members were mobilized to participate in the filming of the film. Director Wei Desheng led the crew to fight in the mountain stream with harsh environment for 10 months. Finally, this historical event of the bloody resistance of the people of China Taiwan to resist Japan was truly restored on a grand production scale. Since its release, this film has continued to receive high praise from audiences and film critics. It has always been high on Douban's list of classic historical films with high scores, and has been described by audiences as "a heroic epic that brings tears to people's eyes." Many fans think this is a "great movie worth spending four hours immersed in." Some viewers even said with emotion: "Shocking!" "After watching the movie, I couldn't calm down for a long time. This is a soul-touching and unforgettable movie. The film shows the historical picture of the heroic struggle of the people of China Taiwan Taiwan against the Japanese invaders, which makes us realize more deeply that Taiwan has been an inalienable part of China's territory since ancient times! I look forward to seeing this epic film carrying historical weight and national blood again on the screen!
