, the second phase of season 6 of Dragon TV's large-scale home decoration renovation program "Dream Remodeling Home" will be broadcast at 21:30 tonight. This program welcomes a "home that is worth every penny". With only 11 square meters of housing space, it has to accommodate a family of four. Shi Nanqiao, the "Space Magician", once again came out of the mountain and changed the smallest apartment size since the six seasons of the show to solve the housing problem of "big difficulties" due to "small area".

,

the client of this issue, Xiao Huang, is a community worker born in the 1990s. His home is located on Huaihai Middle Road in Shanghai, and his house area is only 11 square meters. If you add in the fiancée who has visited the house, the per capita area is only 2.75 square meters. The entire house consists of two trapezium with different heights, the highest point is 5.1 meters and the lowest point is only 3.1 meters. The first floor is a public living space for the whole family, and you can have a panoramic view of the entire house as soon as you enter the door. The 11㎡ space undertakes all functions such as kitchen, dining room, living room, and toilet. The family's bedroom is located in the attic on the second floor, and the only way to get to the attic is two vertical ladders that are not fixed and close to 90°, which is very inconvenient and dangerous.

Son's bedroom,

parents 'bedroom,

Xiao Huang's parents' bedroom is on the lowest loft. The floor height is very limited, and the highest place is only 1.5 meters. For them, getting up and standing in the bedroom is a luxury. Although Xiao Huang's bedroom has enough floors, the lighting is extremely poor and the lights need to be turned on during the day. There was almost no storage space in the room, only a single bed embedded in the wall. With a height of 178cm, he couldn't even stretch out to sleep.

Small housing area, inability to stand upright, climbing ladders, crowded halls, inconvenient toilets, lighting, humidity... these problems plague this 11-square meter home where two generations live together. Moreover, Xiao Huang is about to enter the marriage hall with his girlfriend who has been in love for nearly ten years. The current living conditions are completely unqualified as a future wedding room for the couple. At the same time, he also wants his parents, who have worked hard for most of their lives, to live a comfortable and comfortable retirement life. Therefore, he hopes to create a beautiful new home for his family within his ability by renovating the house.

Before renovation, the house's appearance

the stairs in this issue, the designer who challenged the smallest apartment renovation in the history of "Dream Renovation" is Shi Nanqiao, who is called a "space magician" by netizens. He has always adhered to the "small space, great utilization; large space, great action" space cutting method. He has renovated popular cases such as "Home in Yuyuan Landscape","Menghua Street Wonton Shop", and "Xiaodingdang's Magic Home" for five consecutive seasons, using every inch of space to the extreme and was well received.

In response to a series of problems faced by four people in a small 11㎡ house, Shi Nanqiao proposed to renovate it from three aspects: "sound insulation, heat insulation and moisture resistance", especially to solve the problem of vertical ladder climbing. Due to the limited space area, how to "fight every inch" to meet the living needs of a family of four also made Shi Nanqiao difficult. Tonight at 21:30, we will lock on the sixth season of Dragon TV's "Dream Maker" and witness the transformation miracle of the "Space Magician".
