京华时报讯(记者高宇飞)据国家新闻出版广电总局官网消息，日前国家新闻出版广电总局印发了《关于推动网络文学健康发展的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。The "Opinions" emphasize the importance of quality management of online literary works and propose that authors of published works in online literature must register under their real names.

The "Opinions" pointed out that online literature must improve the management mechanism of online literature editors, implement the certificate system, establish and improve management systems such as real-name registration of authors of published works in online literature, responsible editors and signature of publishing units; strengthen the content orientation of online literature editors, publishing capacity building to control judgment and artistic standards, etc.

Yesterday, a Beijing Times reporter interviewed a number of well-known domestic online literature companies about the new rules. Yang Chen, editor-in-chief of Chuangshi Chinese Network, said that the real-name registration of online authors has little impact on the website."We have always carried out standardized operations, and all works operated on the website have always been operated under real-name systems. For ordinary registered authors of non-operational nature, the issue of real-name registration was included in the work plan before the "Opinions" were issued." Yang Chen said that the promulgation of the "Opinions" is a good thing for the industry,"because it shows that the country attaches more importance to online literature, and market regulations are obviously beneficial to the entire industry."

Chen Wangzhi, marketing director of Baidu Literature, also said that real-name registration has little impact on Baidu Literature's Zongheng Chinese website, but it can indeed restrain some non-standard websites and avoid vicious competition in which "Internet gods"(top writers) are robbed by many.

In addition, the "Opinions" also proposed to increase policy support for online literature, increase efforts to promote the integration of online literature and new media, continue to crack down on infringement and piracy of online literary works, and promote the implementation of preferential value-added tax policies in online literature publishing and other links. The person in charge of the Beijing Center of Yangtze River Literature and Art Publishing House said that they will also increase their attention to online literature this year and will cooperate with Hou Xiaoqiang and other individuals and studios with accumulated online literature resources to expand the scale of online topic selection.
