II. Cinema award conditions 1. Cinemas use the ticketing software filed by the National Film funds Office and submit box office data to the National Film ticketing Integrated Information Management system. 2. Cinemas shall hand over the film special funds in time and in full in accordance with the requirements of the measures for the Administration of Collection and use; 3. There are no illegal acts such as stealing, omitting and concealing the film's box office, and the reported data are accurate; 4. Calculated according to the natural year, the box office revenue of domestic films in cinemas accounts for more than 2/3 of the total box office revenue for the whole year (that is, 66% of the total box office revenue for the whole year).

III. For cinemas that meet the award requirements, the box office revenue of domestic films will be handed over to 50% of the central film special funds. The reward amount is rounded up to ten thousand yuan.

IV. Application materials and review procedures 1. Cinemas that meet the requirements shall apply to the Office of the Provincial Film Management Commission. The examination and approval of the allocation procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Chapter 3 of the measures for Budget Administration.

2. The provincial application materials to the central level include: (1) written application for cinema; (2) "application form for rewarding outstanding performance of domestic films" (see Annex 1); (3) provincial audit report and "examination table of outstanding performance of provincial award for showing domestic films" (see Annex 2).

5. The provincial administrative committee may, with reference to the spirit of this circular, formulate incentive policies to encourage cinemas to show domestic films.

6. Cinemas enjoying preferential policies in accordance with this notice shall not be repeated with the notice on the Adjustment of the Policy of subsidies for newly-built Cinemas with Film Special funds.

7. The rewards for domestic films shown in cinemas after January 1, 2012 (inclusive) shall be subject to the conditions of this circular, and the notice on the return of special funds for the projection of domestic films will no longer be implemented (telex [2016] No. 3).

8. This notice shall be notified to the provincial cinema by the provincial administrative committee of the national film special fund.

IX. The State Administrative Commission shall be responsible for the interpretation of this circular.
