The two parties will cooperate at Anhui Satellite TV Weekly Theater. On March 1 this year, Huanrui Century, together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries Huanrui Film and Television and Huanrui Marketing, jointly signed the "Beijing Satellite TV Weekly Theater Cooperation Association" with Beijing TV ("Beijing Satellite TV") and Beijing Jingshi Media Co., Ltd.

Huanrui signed a "license contract for the copyright of TV dramas" with Anhui Radio and Television. Huanrui Film and Television will provide 170 episodes of TV dramas for broadcast by Anhui Satellite TV.

The company will be granted the right to attract advertising and operate the Dolphin Weekly Theater on Anhui Satellite TV from March 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.

it is understood that the cooperation between Huanrui Century and Anhui Satellite TV began in 2016, when Huanrui Film and Television signed two "TV play license contracts" with Anhui Radio and Television. One was Qingyunzhi, with a transaction value of 5.5385 million yuan, and the other was Datang Glory, with a transaction value of 84.042 million yuan. Although the contract was recently signed, Huanrui Film and Television has been providing pilot shows for Anhui Satellite TV since March 1, 2017, and the contract will last until December 31, 2017 (or the date when the last play is finished).

Huanrui said that the performance of the above contract is expected to increase the company's consolidated statement by up to about 160 million yuan in operating income (after tax). Huanrui Film and Television has won the TV drama broadcasting rights of Anhui Satellite TV Zhou broadcast Theater and Huanrui Marketing, which is the continuation of the cooperation mode between Huanrui Film and Television + Huanrui Marketing and Beijing Satellite TV's "TV drama scheduling rights and advertising investment promotion operation rights". It is another attempt for the company to promote the development of channel-side business. Through such cooperation, the company can achieve the unified operation and deep combination of content, channel and marketing.

according to reports, through the above cooperation, Huanrui Century can take the initiative to control the rhythm of TV series production and broadcasting, facilitate the company to carry out more refined operation around TV series content, shorten the cycle from production to broadcasting, and improve asset turnover efficiency; at the same time, through weekly theater to expand the influence of dramas, effectively promote the development of the company's drama network payment viewing model. The company expects that the above cooperation will bring a total pre-tax operating income of about 312 million yuan.

however, Huanrui Century also specifically reminded that the cooperation between "TV drama broadcasting rights and advertising investment promotion and operation rights" is in line with the company's established strategy, but it may still face market risks, operational risks, management risks, etc., as well as the risk of losses caused by insufficient advertising investment in the future.
