the Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from the indictment recently released by the Yaodu District People's Procuratorate of Linfen City, Shanxi Province on the 10th that some staff members of the Linfen Municipal Bureau of education in Shanxi Province involved in the Tong Zhuo case have been prosecuted. According to the indictment released by the Yaodu District People's Procuratorate, Zhang worked in a section of a bureau of Linfen City, and Peng worked in the basic education section of the Bureau of education of Linfen City.

the procuratorate found that in July 2012, Su Yingze, then the basic education section of Linfen Municipal Bureau of education, handled the transfer procedures for Tong Zhuo in violation of regulations. On May 30, 2020, during the investigation of relevant departments, Su arranged the defendants Peng and Zhang to forge relevant materials in order to supplement the transfer files of Tong Zhuo. The latter two forged Quan Zhuo's permanent population registration card in an Advertising Department operated by the defendant Liu and put it into Tong Zhuo's student status files.

The procuratorate held that the defendants Zhang, Peng and Liu forged state organ certificates with clear criminal facts and sufficient evidence, and the defendants Zhang, Peng and Liu should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of forging state organ certificates.
