According to the plan, Aofei Animation plans to issue a total of 12.6243 million shares in private at a price of 25.97 yuan/share, and pay 576 million yuan in cash for a total price of 904 million yuan to acquire 100% equity of April Star; and raise matching funds of no more than 904 million yuan. The target company, April Star Sky, is a leading original animation network platform operator in China. It owns the original comic website "You Demon", and its representative works include "100,000 Cold Jokes". The company said that after the acquisition, it will further improve its own IP matrix system, extend it to the Internet platform animation copyright business, and explore and develop higher-quality IP.
