(Shangyu International Group) reached an agreement on advertising matters.

The announcement shows that in the next three to five years, Contemporary Oriental plans to take cinema project mergers and acquisitions, investment, development and construction as one of its key development strategies, and form a strategic partnership with Zhujiang Pictures. The two parties agreed to jointly establish a cinema investment management company, and the invested cinemas will join Zhujiang Pictures 'theaters and reach a cinema franchise cooperation agreement. In addition, the two parties agreed to jointly develop and build the Hongge Theater Line under Contemporary Oriental, and also agreed to introduce Contemporary Oriental as a strategic shareholder of the film distribution company under Pearl River Pictures, forming an industrial cooperation advantage between the two parties at the film and television content distribution end.

The cooperation between Contemporary Oriental and Jiayou Shopping Group Co., Ltd. mainly allows Jiayou Shopping Group Co., Ltd. to enjoy advertising placement and T2O industry chain development in the film and television dramas and variety shows invested and produced by Contemporary Oriental; Contemporary Oriental provides integrated communication and marketing strategies such as market research, competitive product analysis, and media consultation for Jiayou Shopping Group Co., Ltd. based on the existing platforms of both parties, including but not limited to apps, self-media matrices, official microblogs, etc. to promote each other's projects or products.

In addition, Contemporary Oriental and Jirang Technology have reached a cooperation consensus on embedding big data into film and television variety content. Among them, Jirang Technology provides content marketing big data services for Contemporary Oriental, including TV variety embedding big data, film and television embedding big data, and Internet Video embedding big data, etc.; Contemporary Oriental helps Jirang Technology develop, establish a film and television variety big data evaluation system, and jointly create industry standards.
