News, commentary, and interview programs will no longer be allowed to use guest hosts! On the evening of June 20, the Weibo account called "TV Program Innovation Engine" announced a notice from the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television on "Further Strengthening the Use and Management of Radio and Television Hosts and Guests." The notice stated that "news, comments and Interview programs may not have auxiliary hosting positions or in disguise." The new regulations will be formally implemented after July 1.

After   the reporter learned the news, he first visited the website of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television to inquire about relevant policies and regulations. In the column of normative documents, he saw that the latest notice was still the New Radio, Film and Television Office [2015] No. 80 issued on June 16,"Notice on immediately stopping broadcasting 31 illegal advertisements such as 'Longevity Password'", and the" Guest Use Management Notice "was marked with [2015] No. 129. Therefore, it is still unclear whether the notice is true. However, in accordance with the practice of the State Administration, all notices will not be made public online.

Later   , the reporter called Hu Shaohong, deputy director of Shandong Satellite TV. The other party said that he had not seen the document yet and was not convenient to respond. He would give a reply after receiving the notice. Zhang Dan, director of the Public Affairs Department of Shenzhen Satellite TV, also said that she had not seen the documents and was therefore inconvenient to respond. However, she said that the State Administration's regulations will be carefully studied and strictly implemented.

On the contrary, some satellite TV stations invite guests who have not signed a formal labor contract to host newspapers. Commentary programs will be greatly affected.

This notice will be officially implemented from July 1, 2015.
