After the talks, Tong Gang and the Emir signed the "Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Radio and Television" on behalf of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China and the Egyptian Radio and Television Union respectively, and witnessed the signing of "Hello, China!" by the Middle East Station of China Radio International and Egyptian National Television Television Film Licensing Agreement.

During his talks with Jalil, Tong Gang pointed out that China's film industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and the Egyptian film industry also has a lot of room for development. He believes that cooperation in the film field between the two countries will achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. China is willing to sign a film co-production agreement with Egypt and will create conditions to encourage China's film industry to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with its Egyptian counterparts. Jalil said that Egypt is one of the countries with the most complete film industries in Africa and the Arab world. Egyptian audiences are eager to experience diverse cultures through the screen. China films have broad market prospects in Egypt. Egypt is willing to carry out various forms of cooperation with China in organizing film festivals, film weeks and participating in film festivals to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation.
