Since Ping An Bank launched a large-scale integrated marketing campaign of 10 yuan to watch movies by swiping a credit card in 2008, which achieved great success, major banks have followed suit and launched preferential activities to watch movies by swiping their cards to attract young customers with huge consumption potential. The reporter surveyed 5 large banks and 7 joint-stock banks including Ping An, Guangfa, Pudong Development, China Merchants, Minsheng, Shenzhen Development and Everbright, and found that 6 of them currently have preferential movie watching activities in Shanghai. Through comparison, we can find that the activities of joint-stock banks are more flexible and diverse, while the five large banks are relatively conservative.

Among them, most banks offer half-price tickets. The most enjoyable one is Ping An Bank, which can watch movies for 30 yuan. The discount lasts for one year without any consumption restrictions. Guangfa Bank will launch a discount of 50 yuan for two tickets from April 2 to December 31. Shenzhen Development, Everbright, and People's Livelihood have also launched free movie watching activities this year, and the activities have now ended.

Relatively speaking, except for ICBC, which provides half-price tickets for one year, the five large banks are more cautious. Bank of China is currently carrying out fare discount activities in more than 30 cinemas in 26 cities across the country. It enjoys a 20%-10% discount on the bank's credit card, but excluding Shanghai. The 10-yuan movie viewing activity launched by Agricultural Bank of China in Nanchang from August 15 to September 30, 2010 also required users to spend 299, 599, and 899 yuan, and purchase a maximum of 1, 2, and 3 movie tickets (redemption coupons) at a unit price of 10 yuan per ticket.
