Kunlun Wanwei strategic cooperation Daewoo won top IP such as "Immortal Sword" and "Monopoly"

Daewoo will grant Kunlun Games the rights to develop games based on Daewoo IP(including but not limited to the "Legend of the Sword and Fairy" series,"Xuanyuan Sword" series and "Monopoly" series). Kunlun Games and its film and television department will cooperate with Daewoo and its partners, jointly invest in or develop film, television and animation content based on Daewoo IP.

On January 25, Kunlun Wanwei issued an announcement stating that it had signed a cooperation agreement with Daewoo to fully launch strategic cooperation between the two parties. Daewoo will grant Kunlun Games the rights to develop games based on Daewoo IP(including but not limited to the "Legend of the Sword and Fairy" series,"Xuanyuan Sword" series and "Monopoly" series). Kunlun Games and its film and television department will cooperate with Daewoo and its partners, jointly invest in or develop film, television and animation content based on Daewoo IP.

The announcement stated that the strategic cooperation between Kunlun Wanwei and Daewoo will also focus on Daewoo's IP, including comprehensive cooperation, film, animation and games. The expected cooperation content will include:

1. Daewoo will grant Kunlun Games the rights to develop games based on Daewoo IP(including but not limited to the "Legend of the Sword and Fairy" series,"Xuanyuan Sword" series and "Monopoly" series);

2. Kunlun Games has obtained priority in distributing games developed by Daewoo and its molecular companies in the mainland of China;

3. Kunlun Games will cooperate with Daewoo to explore traditional and Southeast Asian markets and distribute Daewoo IP games (including but not limited to the "Legend of the Sword and Fairy" series,"Xuanyuan Sword" series and "Monopoly" series).

4. Kunlun Games and its film and television department will work with Daewoo and its partners to jointly invest or develop film, television and animation content based on Daewoo IP.

Kunlun Wanwei believes that this cooperation will help the company increase the process of independent game research and development and use well-known IPs to enhance the influence of self-operated products. At the same time, cooperation in film, television and animation is conducive to expanding the company's business, improving the company's comprehensive competitiveness, and adding new profit growth points to the company. According to public information, Daewoo was founded in Taiwan in 1988 and was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 1998. As a representative company of Chinese original game brands, Daewoo has released classic game works such as the "Legend of the Sword and Fairy" series, the "Xuanyuan Sword" series, and the "Monopoly" series.
