1. The application for change of drama title will no longer be accepted at the stage of filing and announcement of TV drama production

the examination and approval of filing publicity is a serious link in the management of TV drama shooting and production. The title of the play publicized after filing and examination should not be changed at will. In order to promote the serious creative attitude of production institutions and strengthen the awareness of putting social benefits in the first place, from the date of the issuance of this notice, the title of the drama shall not be changed in the stage of filming and filing and publicity. If it is really necessary to change the title of the play, after the completion of the film review process and the completion of the content review by the provincial bureau or the General Administration, the change procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure on the premise of ensuring that the orientation is correct and the content is consistent with the title of the film.

II. To declare the 1500-2000 word outline of the public repertoire of TV drama shooting and production, it is necessary to make a general explanation of the ideological connotation
