Battlestar

"Battlestar" is a long-form science fiction TV animation that was re-edited by the American company Harmony Gold in 1985. It mainly tells the growth and love of three generations of earth people in the process of exploring the universe.

Sony Pictures said that the live-action movie will be directed by Wen Zirendan, director of the "Chainsaw","Speed and Furious 7" and "Conquering" series, and by Michael, the screenwriter of "Special Forces: The Rise of the Cobra". Gordon serves as a screenwriter. The film will highly restore the plot and character of the animation of the same name and express it through modern imaging technology.

Before announcing its live-action movie plans, Sony had already obtained the live-action movie adaptation rights of "Battlestar" as early as March 2015. Previously, the movie rights of "Battlestar" were held by Warner, and Warner has been planning a live-action version of "Battlestar" since 2007, but there has been no result. (End)
