Nanji and his film "Light of the White Tower" were once again shortlisted for the Berlin Film Festival

The film Light of the White Tower, which had its world premiere in Berlin on the 18th, was shortlisted in the main Berlin film competition and is one of the two Chinese-language films shortlisted in this unit. Nanji, one of the leading actors, returned to Berlin again after the film "Goodbye, Nanping Evening Bell" and was shortlisted for the second time in the Berlin International Film Festival.

The film "Light of the White Pagoda" is written and directed by Zhang Lu, starring Xin Baiqing, Huang Yao, Tian Zhuangzhuang and Nanji. The film tells the warm story of people healing and accompanying each other under the fetters of family affection and love. In the film, Nanji plays a cold and mysterious cafe owner under his own name. the film is taken from the streets and buildings around Beijing Miaoying White Pagoda, ancient and modern, and family and love are intertwined. As depicted in the film: although people will be separated, the White Pagoda will always stand there to witness their decisions and regrets.

Nanji, who graduated from the performance Department of Beijing Film Academy, has successively starred in many excellent film and television works in recent years, such as "Bai Lu Yuan", "Old traditional Chinese Medicine", "out of Court", "Goodbye, Nanping Evening clock", "people chasing Happiness" and so on.
