Focusing on new developments in the pan-entertainment industry and exploring new trends in pan-entertainment integration, the 2016 China Pan-Entertainment Innovation Summit hosted by Art was held as scheduled at the China World Hotel on November 29. This year's summit has the theme of "Touching the Future". Within two days, four major venues and a special event for the promotion of the Arts and Arts Fair will be dedicated. The venue will include a total of 13 roundtable discussions and 30 wonderful speeches. After six years of development, the Arts and Entertainment Summit has become an important platform to focus on industry hotspots and explore future trends. At the "Outlook and Future Capital" branch venue of this summit, Rao Jian, Executive Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of the International Cultural Industry Investment Fair, delivered a speech titled "Supporting Finance for Cultural and Creative Industries: What Leadership Role the Industry Needs the Government to Play" and "Investment Direction: Internet +&+ Internet, Who Is Leading". The 2016 Pan-Entertainment Innovation Summit organized nearly a hundred experts, scholars and business leaders in the art industry, Internet technology, financial investment and other industries to discuss and summarize the development of the financial capital entertainment industry and Internet technology itself over the past year. Status quo, and sort out and predict the trend of cross-border integration of the development of the entertainment and cultural industry. This will play an important role in promoting the future development of culture and entertainment in my country.

The International Cultural Investment Fair was founded by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Cooperation Center and the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture in July 2014. The conference is mainly to promote the investment and development of China's cultural industry, transfer the policy support funds for national cultural industry investment to various investment fields of cultural industry, and increase the exchange and cooperation between Chinese culture and cultures of other countries in the world.

The first conference was held in Beijing in May 2015, and the second conference was held in Beijing in May 2016. As a provincial capital hosted by national ministries and commissions in the field of investment in China, the conference is mainly for exhibitions, project recommendations, and summit meetings. It is a great opportunity for China companies to enter the world and is also an excellent project at home and abroad. The conference attracted enterprises and leaders from 77 countries and regions around the world to participate in the exhibition, and nearly a thousand domestic companies negotiated. Good results have been achieved. 138 projects reached intentions, and 16 key projects were signed for investment at the meeting. The total amount of investment contracts reached 52.6 billion yuan.

The second session solemnly recommended the new development trend and excellent key projects of my country's cultural industry to the world from a cultural perspective, and made unremitting efforts to attract investment, creating a bright prospect for joint cooperation and investment by outstanding cultural enterprises, and promoting multilateral cultural exchange and investment activities around the world. Through the display, exchange, promotion and investment of excellent cultural projects in my country and around the world, the conference expanded the influence of my country's cultural products on the international market, increased the country's soft power and core competitiveness, and also provided a good opportunity for China companies to go global, invest and develop.

In addition to technical encouragement to go global, the top priority of the third session is to launch investment matching of excellent cultural investment projects of local governments. The conference will encourage more local governments and cultural enterprise entities to participate in project investment and display. Participate in project release and promotion activities, as well as the introduction and financing of excellent investment projects, and conduct one-on-one national policy docking with financial institutions. Provide full-process docking services for their project financing. At the same time, we plan to design a special area for investment projects for the pan-entertainment industry in China to promote the specific implementation of cultural policies.
