Jacky Zhang's Yinchuan concert was "refunded" and the organizing committee official said

Since

the year before last, Jacky Cheung's "A CLASSIC TOUR" world concert tour was in full swing, leaving thousands of people everywhere Jacky Cheung went. After 164 beautiful audio-visual feasts, Xueyou not only proved his strength time and time again, but also became a "criminal nemesis" because the public security department arrested fugitives on the scene three times, and the "God of Songs" became a "god catcher" for a time. Yesterday, a piece of news once again became a hot topic on the Internet, and another relevant person was arrested and imprisoned for Xueyou's solo singing performance at Yinchuan Station. As June 2 approached, Yinchuan media notified the performance to stop, and the person responsible for operating the performance has been detained in criminal detention. In response, the reporter interviewed the concert organizer and learned about the incident.

Yinchuan Media: It is a coincidence that the concert invitation letter was forged

and the prisoner was arrested once. However, in just one and a half months, fugitives were arrested in all three Xueyou concerts, which is really magical. But on the same day of May 26, the mainstream media platform in Yinchuan, Ningxia Autonomous Region, released a piece of news. Once again, someone was arrested for singing by a classmate, but this time the protagonist was not a fugitive criminal, but the "organizer" of the concert. The article stated: Due to major safety hazards in the performance venue, Jacky Zhang's Yinchuan concert could not be held at Helanshan Stadium as scheduled. In this news released by Yinchuan local media, the reporter found that another relevant person had been "captured", and the ticket sales of the "A CLASSIC TOUR Classics" tour originally scheduled to be held in Yinchuan a week later was also forced to stop.

The article points out that the Helanshan Stadium in Yinchuan does not have the conditions to hold large-scale events, and a decision was made not to permit it in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Large-scale Mass Events. Relevant departments of Yinchuan are investigating and handling those who have violated laws and regulations during the bidding process for this event. On May 3, Yinchuan Sports Center illegally provided a "venue certificate" to "A CLASSIC TOUR Xueyou Classic Concert" Hangzhou Congren Culture Communication Co., Ltd. when the safety conditions for Helanshan Stadium in Yinchuan did not meet the safety conditions to hold large-scale mass events. Yinchuan has suspended the relevant responsible person for investigation. The ticket seller is suspected of selling performance tickets without approval, and relevant departments have intervened in the investigation. The "Invitation Letter Issued to Xueyou Zhang from the Propaganda Department of the Yinchuan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Yinchuan Municipal Committee" provided by Beijing Mobile Culture Media Co., Ltd. to the Cultural Department of the Autonomous Region has been identified as a forgery. This behavior has violated Article 280, paragraph 1, of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China. According to the provisions of the Yinchuan Municipal Public Security Bureau, suspected of forging the seal of a state organ, has filed an investigation and taken criminal detention measures against the criminal suspect. Viewers who have purchased tickets have the right to request the ticket seller to handle refund matters.

The organizer stated

that the person in charge of the concert had never been faked, and the pre-sale process was reasonable

in response to the "statement" announced by Yinchuan mainstream media. Mr. Wen, one of the concert organizers and head of Beijing Mobile Cultural Media, also accepted an interview with reporters. He said: Since the establishment of Beijing Mobile Cultural Media, it has always abided by industry rules and legal provisions. It has never violated market rules or violated relevant legal rules, let alone providing forged certificates or seals for performance approval. Mr. Wen introduced: "On May 3, 2018, Yinchuan Media Group entrusted 'Jindian Lvfang Cultural Media Co., Ltd.' to provide our company with the official certificate of the venue use rights of Yinchuan Sports Center (Helanshan Stadium). On the 4th, our company received an official written invitation from the Propaganda Department of the Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee, hoping that Xueyou's classic concert tour would sing Yinchuan well. Seven days after receiving the "Helan Mountain Stadium Site Certificate" of Yinchuan Sports Center from "Jindian Lvfang Cultural Media Co., Ltd." entrusted by the organizer, Yinchuan Media Group, the "Decision on Licensing for Commercial Performance in Yinchuan Hui Autonomous Region" from the Culture Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and the "Notice of Acceptance of Administrative Licensing" from Yinchuan Public Security Bureau, our company started pre-sales of the performance box office on relevant ticketing websites and organizing committees. Our company has relevant written evidence and relevant contract authorization for the above statements. Our company solemnly declares that our company has no counterfeiting, and the relevant ticket pre-sale process is legal and reasonable. The company does have relevant responsible persons cooperating with the public security organs in investigation and evidence collection, but no one has been detained. According to our understanding, the person in charge of Yinchuan Media Group detained by the public security who gave us the invitation letter, how did he become our organizer? Later media reports even said that our venue certificates were forged, and we will also use legal means to protect our rights."

Fans: It took so long to issue tickets. Why

did the ticket purchase fans immediately "explode" after the Yinchuan media released the news that "the concert was suspended and the person responsible was arrested"? In the message columns of "Yinchuan Release","Yinchuan Evening News","New Information","Yinchuan Radio" and other media, a large number of ticket buyers expressed their helplessness: "Why did the ticket sales of the performance have not been investigated for such a long time and announced the suspension of the performance just a week before the performance?";"Yinchuan fans still hope for Jacky Zhang, can they just miss him?""I really spent half a year's savings to buy two tickets and give them to my girlfriend as a gift. It seems that my plan will be ruined." Among the many messages, the reporter found that although the majority of ticket buyers were worried about their own The destination of the ticket purchase money, they still hoped that Xueyou's performance could be held as scheduled. More foreign fans were even more angry because they had already booked air tickets and hotels to Yinchuan, but they received a helpless notice when the performance was approaching. A fan in Shanghai said pessimistically: "I have watched 33 classic tours of A CLASSIC TOUR. This time, I originally hoped that I could go to Yinchuan to watch an idol performance and visit the local scenery. Now the ticket and hotel are completely impossible to refund. Even if the organizing committee refunds me in full, who will compensate for my losses?"

During the interview, the reporter learned that the person in charge of Yinchuan Media Group was detained, and the person in charge of Helanshan Stadium was also suspended. Currently, there are more than 20,000 pre-sale tickets for the concert. The production team of Jacky Cheung's concert told reporters that since the day before yesterday, the equipment, materials, equipment and materials for Jacky Cheung's classic concert tour have been continuously delivered to Yinchuan, and more than 300 performance team members have arrived in Yinchuan one after another. We hope that the organizers can make every effort to overcome the difficulties and allow Xueyou's classic concert to be staged as scheduled.
