If a theater violates laws and regulations, the theater party will bear joint and several liability. If a ticketing software vendor is verified to have technical loopholes in its software products that allow for tampering with data and cooperates with theaters to tamper with ticketing data, the software vendor will not only bear the responsibility, but its access qualifications will also be reset.
