Original title: Apple's original video drama will be broadcast, push flowers to warm up

Apple has entered the field of original video, and the two series will soon be broadcast exclusively through Apple's music client. Recently, Apple released the first film to warm up the "Carpool Karaoke".

According to reports,"Carpool Karaoke" is a sequel and was previously broadcast on Colombia Broadcasting Corporation. Last year, Apple and the company reached an agreement to acquire copyright and other rights. This became Apple's first batch of original video works (Apple original does not mean that Apple needs to form a team to shoot it).

It is reported that some big-name stars will appear in this work, including Will Smith, Shark O'Neill, Alicia Keys and John Legend.

The first original videos Apple prepared included another reality show called Planet of the Apps. Some mobile phone software entrepreneurs will showcase their ideas, while some celebrity and star judges will decide which one will win the final championship and development funding support. This reality show is also closely related to Apple's mobile phone business.

Apple's purpose in entering the field of original video is not to compete with copyright video companies such as Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu, but to use video as a differentiation highlight and promote the growth of users of Apple's music streaming product "Apple Music".

Unlike rivals such as Spotify, Apple Music does not offer a free level of services, only a free trial period, so Apple hopes that the additional video content will encourage users to sign up.

Previously, Aideku, Apple's senior vice president of Internet business, once said that the videos created by Apple will be unique and closely related to culture, and Apple will do something that other companies have not done before.
