After the operation was completed, Hongtou Network became a major shareholder related asset, and its main asset was British game developer and publisher Jagex.

According to company announcements, Jagex has developed and independently released a number of online games. Among them, the large-scale multiplayer online role-playing game "RuneSCApe" has more than 240 million registered users and generated revenue of more than 700 million US dollars. After this transaction, the main business of the listed company will be changed to game research and development and operation. Since then, the shareholders 'meeting approved the name change proposal of Sinotech Holdings, and the company officially changed its name to Shanghai Fukong Interactive Entertainment Co., Ltd.

Wang Xiaoqiang, chairman of the company, said at the shareholders 'meeting on February 7 that Jagex has plans to develop business in China and is currently in contact with domestic game companies. Its main game "RuneScape" will also enter the China market.
