The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was approximately 52.8117 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 69.53%.

Specifically, Storm Group's hardware sales revenue was approximately 917 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 597.18%; advertising revenue was approximately 579 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.22%. Among them, VR marketing revenue was 15.8928 million yuan; online paid service revenue was approximately 78.1042 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 264.02%.

Regarding the sharp decline in net profit, Storm explained that the main reason is that Storm TV is in the early stage of rapidly accumulating users and has not yet entered the profit period; since the second half of 2016, the prices of raw materials such as upstream TV panels have risen sharply, resulting in a significant increase in the cost of Storm TV products., the gross profit margin has been reduced; during the reporting period, the company has launched two equity incentive plans, and related expenses have a certain impact on the company's net profit.

In terms of specific operational data, the announcement mentioned that in 2016, Storm TV products achieved sales of 800,000 units; Storm Mirror achieved cumulative sales of more than 2 million units.
